It’s a tough group. France, a traditional European powerhouse, finished runner-up at this year’s UEFA U-17 Championship. The United States is also a strong contender, having finished runner-up in the North and Central American qualifiers. Burkina Faso finished third in the African qualifier.

South Korea qualified after finishing as runner-up at this year’s Asian Cup. They are expected to make a strong showing at the World Cup with their flashy, solid soccer.

This year’s World Cup kicks off on Nov. 10 in Indonesia and runs through Dec. 2.

South Korea reached the quarterfinals of the 2019 tournament. This is their best finish since 1987 and 2009.
