Lee Hae-in said at a press conference returning home, “(Gold medal) is heavy. This competition is one of the competitions I wanted to participate in the most this season, so I prepared harder. I was happy just skating on the rink. I was a little nervous during the short program, but (Lee) Shihyeong (Korea University) and (Kyung) Jaesuk (Kyunghee University) oppas cheered me on a lot, and I tried not to be nervous so I was able to show a good image.”
Lee Hae-in, who had only placed 6th in the short program, moved up to 1st place in one stroke with her perfect performance in the free skating.
He said he didn’t expect to win first place himself, “I thought, ‘Is this real? Maybe I’m dreaming’, but I thought it was fortunate that it wasn’t a dream,” with a smile.
Lee Hae-in, who had attempted a triple axel for three and a half laps during the ISU Challenger Series at the beginning of this season, explained that he changed his jump composition throughout the season, and this influenced his victory. 토토사이트

Lee Hae-in said, “Changing the jump composition was a big help. Of course, the triple axel is important, but the triple-triple jumps are also very important. ” said
Also, as the tournament is held at a high altitude, it was also helpful that the national team players had ‘special training in high mountains’ and received special training from Yuna Kim.
He expressed his gratitude, “I heard that I am full of energy from the beginning to the end. Yuna told me that the program would improve if I adjusted the dynamics. She also said that my gaze was not accurate, so I tried to make up for it.”
Lee Hae-in, who finally enjoyed the joy of reaching the summit after hard work, now prepares for the 104th National Winter Sports Festival and the ISU World Championships to be held next month.
Lee Hae-in said, “First of all, I have to do everything I can to have a chance of winning a medal.”
